Casa des Montes

Casa Des Montes is a large rambling family home with two living/den areas, two bedrooms & two full baths downstairs plus a twin bed in a sun room off one of the dens. Upstairs is a large room with 3 sets of bunks (6 beds) and one queen and has its own bath with a walk-in shower. There is a deck off this upstairs room for sunset watching and viewing the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a breakfast area with two brightly covered tables over looking the hot tub and enclosed patio . The dining table is large and very comfortably sits eight. Many of walls in the home have been recently repainted with vibrant southwestern colors. The foyer has a lovely sounding water fountain. Any season, Casa Des Montes has a good location just off the Taos Ski Valley Road, 6 miles from Taos and 12 miles from the Taos Ski Valley with skiing, fishing and hiking.
